My window issue was deemed an electrical issue and remedied. Oil change and lube were completed at a reasonable price. My brakes were assessed and I was told I did not need replacement. I live in East Lake Woodlands. I own a late model Jeep and in the last 6 months needs two repairs. First was the starter and second was the alternator. Both times my Jeep needed to be towed & both times I had it towed to Oldsmar Automotive. Both times I am pleased to say I received "Old School" courtesy and "Old School" service. The problems were quickly identified as well as quickly and correctly repaired. The repair costs were to the dime as quoted. No hidden fee's or last minute add on costs nor charges. We took our vehicle to our trusted dealership to have the AC looked at and quoted us $1,200 to get the items fixed. We then got a second opinion from Oldsmar Automotive and the true problem cost us 1/10th of what we would have paid. On top of getting to the root of the problem their customer service was amazing. They explained in detail what happened and what needed to be done to fix the part. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I stopped in to Oldsmar Automotive to talk to the owner about a situation I have been dealing with my truck. I told him there was some work done on my truck about a year and half ago and since that time my truck would not steer/turn correctly. I have had it at numerous automotive repair shops including a major Chevy deal ship ( which kept my truck ) for over a month to troubleshoot the issue, and charged me for unnecessary repairs which never fixed the problem. Justin the owner told me that he would look at the truck but he could not promise anything as he wondered why a Chevy deal ship could not fix the problem. I told him that he was my last effort as I was stuck with a problem vehicle. I left the truck the next morning and within an hour of of his shop opening I had a phone call that his skilled mechanic had found the problem, a part had been installed backwards originally at the 1st repair shop. I can't thank Oldsmar Automotive enough for taking on this problem and now my truck drives like brand new once more. I will recommend them to everyone I come in contact with !! Best auto repair experience ever. Stop searching for an auto repair facility, Oldsmar Auto is IT! My service was prompt, professional and of high quality. I give Oldsmar Auto my highest recommendation on the quality and knowledge in regards to service and professionalism. The shop and office were cleaner than any auto facility I have ever been in. I was not sold service I didn't need, the prices were extremely fair and the work was preformed in a timely manner. The crew were clean cut, friendly, professional and most of all very knowledgeable in all aspects of auto repair. My search is finally over for auto repair. Thank you, Justin and crew
